SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOAL 7
Affordable and Clean Energy
Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all.
ABOUT THIS GOAL
Energy powers homes, schools, hospitals and businesses. Many people still live without electricity, and many more cook with polluting fuels that harm their health. Most of the world's energy still comes from fossil fuels.
Goal 7 aims for universal access to modern energy, a much larger share of renewable energy, and a doubling of the rate of improvement in energy efficiency.
